Our home, called 'La Casita Coronado', is a quaint 1920's Spanish Colonial style house located in sunny Ventura, California. The construction of the house is historic to the Central Coast. Location is key here, as we are located just a short walk from the beaches, off the main roads. This lets you relax without the traffic and noise surrounding the beach, but you are close enough to feel the ocean breeze and take a walk over the bridge to visit the sandy beaches. If you have children, they can play safely in the front yard without worry of traffic. Our neighborhood is one of the typical historic blocks found in Ventura. 
'La Casita Coronado' amenities include satellite TV in the living area, stereo, CD player, DVD, Wireless internet, and a land-line phone. The house can sleep 6, with two bedrooms and an optional daybed located in the living area. Both bedrooms have large, comfy, pillow top beds. The bathroom features a bath/shower combo. Linens and towels are included. Special features include a fireplace, full country style kitchen (with a stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, teapot, and coffee maker), and new gourmet BBQ located on the outdoor patio (which features a relaxing cabana and lush tropical foliage). Take a day trip to Six Flags Magic Mountain, Disneyland, Malibu beaches, Hollywood Walk of Fame, State Street Santa Barbara, or the Ojai Valley Spa. 'La Casita Coronado' is only minutes away from the great local beaches, golf courses, water sports, restaurants, coffee houses, and nightlife. Ventura is located 25 miles from Santa Barbara, and 60 miles of Los Angeles (both cities have airports within them).
