My wife and I, along with our daughter and grand kids, age 13 & 6, spent a great two weeks enjoying this beach house and excaping the tripile digit heat in Arizona in August. 4 Bedrooms, large patio's front and rear, outdoor dining, gourmet grill for perfect steaks to hot dogs, walk to the beach, very close to the marina, cocktails at the Whale's Tail, fresh (as in live) sea food a very short drive (eat it on their patio next to the water or take it home) -- all this and I haven't even started on the family gathering. This house is decorated with a touch of class and a lot of comfort. At the beach visit the ship wreak turned into a park and watch for dolphins. This is a perfect house for families. Lots of kids in the neighborhood and lots to see and do. We recomment it.

We had a very good time staying at this cottage by the beach. Our teenagers liked having a room to themselves, and we liked the thoughtful touches that make it easy to arrive from overseas: ample towels, shampoo, linens, basic kitchen supplies, complete kitchen utensils, maps, decks of cards, beach chairs and even beach toys! It is clear that the owners put time and energy into making this a welcoming and comfortable place. You will need a car to manage. Highly recommended!

Our stay in this charming beach cottage was delightful. The house was clean and pleasantly decorated. All the rooms have comfortable roomy beds with plenty of closet and dresser place for clothes. It is just a few steps to the beach and close to grocery stores and other shopping. I hope to stay here for a week every summer!

My friends and I rented this house for Memorial Day weekend. It was lovely. The linens and amenities were above average (we rent a lot of houses). It had a great front patio for bbq and lounging around. The washer/dryer was helpful and the kitchen was cute. The price was very reasonable as well. I looked through many houses and think we made the right choice. Our friends from England were hesitant about renting the house for some reason (from the link), but they loved the house in person.

My husband and I, our three kids, and my parents escaped the Arizona heat for a week over the 4th of July holiday, and very much enjoyed our stay in this cute house! Everything was beautifully decorated and clean, with a very functional kitchen and comfy beds. Our kids appreciated the sand toys and loved visiting with Silverstrand's local celebrity for the week, Tillman the Bulldog. The beach was very quiet and pretty private, with a manageable crowd even on the 4th of July. My uncle who came to visit for an afternoon, and who is paraplegic, was able to access the house with no difficulties. The details of our stay were handled in a professional manner, and our deposit was returned promptly. We'll certainly consider this little cottage again! Thanks for a great vacation!
