This beautiful 1929 Victorian home was remodeled in 2005. It is furnished with period antiques and is stunning and unique. Wainscoting, redwood beams and redwood walls adorn the home. The home is 2700 square feet. It boasts 30 stained glass windows. Hardwood floors adorn the home. A perfect location it is only one block to Twin Lakes Beach and two blocks to the Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor. Six restaurants are within walking distance: Crow's Nest. El Palomar, Johnny's Harborside, Harbor Cafe, Aldo's and El Chipotle. It also has a grocery store down the block. You don't even need to use your car.  
 
The upper level has two bedrooms, each with queen bed and their own bathroom. In addition, there is a half bath off the dining area. The gourmet kitchen has high redwood ceilings with a five burner gas range, double ovens, dishwasher, microwave, disposal and an informal bar that seats three. There is a gorgeous formal dining room with a cherry antique table with seating for eight. The family room has a 60 inch Mitsibushi TV, DVD player, sectional sofa sleeper bed and wingback chair. It has two entrances. One is the front door with a huge covered porch facing 7th Ave. and the back door leads down to the Jacuzzi and deck. Sleeps 6 upstairs. 
 
Winding down the spiral staircase leads you to the lower level of the home. It has three bedrooms: Two with queen beds and the other with two twins, with its own TV and Sony Playstation setup. Perfect for kids! A roll away bed is here for your use. The large master bedroom also has a couch and loveseat and 31 inch television and DVD player which can be used as additional living space for tv viewing and relaxing. There is a quaint kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc. For those with teens this is can be their own place. The home is also perfect for two families since it offers total privacy if so desired. The lower level also has two entrances. One entrance leads to the outside to the BBQ, Jacuzzi and deck. Seating and tables for outdoor living.  
 
Washer and Dryer are in a covered area in back yard. Seating and tables for outdoor living. No need to leave your vacation resort! Lots of parking! Two cars can park in the driveway (no permits needed), and parking for an additional 3 cars on the side and two cars in the front. Four parking permits come with the home for peak season. Perfect for reunions and multi-families.

The home is located only one mile to the world reknown Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, which hosts free weekly summer concerts with popular groups such as The Drifters. Capitola also hosts free weekly concerts at the Beach with great bands: jazz, salsa, rock n roll. Take the train to Felton which leaves from the Boardwalk. This is a lovely quaint town nestled in the redwoods. Great restaruants and a state park as well as Roaring Camp/Train attraction. Stop for lunch, go shopping or have a picnic in the scenic park which encompasses many acres. Whale watching cruises, fishing cruises, sunset cruises are only one block away at the Yacht Harbor. Loads of antique stores for the antique enthusiast.

A $1000 security deposit is required to hold the home. There is a 4 day minimum in peak months. Price is $425-$625 for stays less than a week. Cleaning fee of $200 applies to all stays less than a week. Santa Cruz occupancy tax of 10% on all stays. Checks accepted and pay pal. If pay pal is used add 3%.
