This quaint, attached cottage is only 375 steps from a secluded beach and prime surfing, It is within walkng distance of charming Old Capitola Village with it's beautiful beaches,warf and fine dining. The cottaage has two bedrooms and one bath. The step down master bedroom has a queen size bed, a parquet floor and open beam ceiling. The second bedroom has twin beds, and a closet full of toys for little people.(Towels and bed linens are provided.)The living room boasts a large comfy sectional, an arm chair, reading lamp and cable TV. The kitchen includes a gas stove, refrigerator, dishes, flatware, cooking utensils, microwave toaster and coffee pot. There is a barbeque and picnic table in the private fenced yard. A washer, dryer, water, utilites, cable TV and internet hook up are all provided free of charge. We also have off-street parking.

Renters must be at least twenty-one years of age. All guests must be listed on the contract; no more than five people may occupy the unit. Smoking,loud parties, drugs and/or excessive drinking are not permitted on the premises.

Take a scenic drive to the nearby Henry Cowell or Big Basin State Parks; hike through the majestic redwood forests. Rent kyaks and explore Moss landing estuaries where you can observe numerous birds, otters and seals. Carmel, Seventeen Mile Drive, Pebble Beach Golf Course and Monterey Bay Aqurium are less than an hour drive to the south. Drive north on the Pacific Coast Highway, and within an hour and a half you can spend a day in San Francisco.. see the Golden Gate Bridge & Park . . ride the cable cars . . . You get the point: There are lots of activities and scenery to enjoy. Our Pleasure Point Cottage is right in the center of it all. Reserve a time to come & enjoy.

    A $300 Deposit by credit card confirms a reservation. A contract is drawn up for your approval. If the mutually agreed upon contract is approved and the cottage is returned clean and in good condition, the Deposit is fully refundable. (Housekeeping services are available upon request.) A 10% Lodging Tax must be added for all stays that are less than 30 days. Deposit, Rent, and Tax must be paid 30 days prior to arrival.. No credit will be given for cancellations, shortened stays or early departures. We will try to reschedule, if possible, for extenuating circumstances.
