Welcome to our lovely Pleasure Point Beach Cottage (PPBC). Built in 1928 our adorable beach cottage is truly what old Santa Cruz is about. Quaint and cozy we are located in the best beach location in Santa Cruz (Pleasure Point). Just 8 houses to the beach and surf, wake up and walk to the cliffs with your puppy and cup of Joe. While at the cliffs walk over to our local market and coffee shop for a bite to eat. Just 2 minutes from Capitola, take the cruiser bikes that PPBC provides, and ride along the ocean to Capitola. The cottage itself is why you love Santa Cruz. A white picket fence opens up to small brick patio. Mediteranian tiles lead to queen size bed and a sliding glass back door opens to your own PRIVATE brick patio with w/bubbling jet HOT TUB. Recently remodeled PPBC has a full kitchen with granite counter tops and skylights in both the kitchen and the bathroom. With the special touch of Orchids throughout, this cottage is the perfect vacation to relax. Perfect for a couple but will sleep up to 4 people. Pets are welcome and your puppy will love the beach!     Bookings are made on a first come first serve basis. Bookings will be ‘held’ for 5 days. If this contract has not signed and returned or if we have not received the 25% deposit within that time we will clear the calendar and make said dates available again for other renters. The deposit locks in the booking. 210.00 Security Deposit is in addition to the Cost of Rent 100.00 Cleaning fee is in addition to the Cost of Rent Total Rental Payment to be paid 30 days prior to stay Security Deposit automatically returned within 14 days after stay Cancellation Policies: Security deposit is fully refundable if booking is cancelled more than 60 days prior to stay Security deposit is non-refundable if booking is cancelled less than 60 days prior to stay -Rental cost is non-refundable if booking is cancelled less than 30 days prior to stay Refunds of Rental cost or Security deposit are sent no sooner than 45 days after Cancellation. *paypal through anniesurf1@yahoo.com
