Bright 425 square feet studio with an open beam vaulted ceiling. FULLY furnished studio ready to use. The living area has wall to wall carpet, double bed, double futon couch, TV/VCR/DVD, stereo and storage.
The kitchen is fully furnished with all pots, pans, toaster, blender, dining room table and chairs.
The bathroom has a full shower, toilet and vanity.
Outdoor private patio and fenced yard has an outdoor table and 4 chairs and a wonderful fountain for sound.
It is an easy three minute walk to West Cliff Drive and the Lighthouse, a five minute walk to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, and a fifteen minutes walk to historic downtown.
Santa Cruz offers the beaches, Boardwalk, dog friendly parks, basketball courts, soccer, a new million dollar skateboard park, San Lorenzo river, Stagnaro’s and Gilda’s on the wharf, renowned Marianne’s ice cream, Pacific Cookie Company, Seabright brewery and the wonderful and fabulous Pacific ocean.
Close by in town are Cinemas, Libraries, Museums, Laundromats, Hospitals and Churches.
Spectacular sunsets are included at no extra charge at the end of West Cliff Drive in the Natural Bridges State Park home of Monarch butterflies.
It’s a short drive south to the Monterey Peninsula or a little longer drive north up the famous Pacific Coast Highway to Davenport, Half Moon Bay, Pacifica or San Francisco.
You can head to the beach or the Santa Cruz Mountains, Henry Cowell State Park and Big Sur to name a few. Our Redwoods are spectacular. A trip to Roaring Camp will allow you to board a steam train that will take you through a forest of trees.
