This spectacular gated family estate is available for the summer in breathtaking Santa Barbara. The house is 7,600 square feet and completely kitted out for the most amazing experience. The home was awarded Santa Barbara Contractor of the year award 2007. The backyard opens to 300 acres of hiking and horse trails, and is steps to a private beach. There is a a stunning pool, fish pond, rose gardens, organic vegetable garden, tropical fruit trees. Staff will be provided for the gardens, interiors, and pool throughout your stay. The cinema was built by Pelonis Sound. (They build sound studios for Sony). The house is an art lovers delight, filled with extraordinary art and architectural elements from all over the world. You could spend all summer enjoying the house, but outside the gates, Santa Barbara has a magic of its own.
There are great concerts, art museums, shopping, and incredible restaurants. You could eat in a different restaurant every night, and still not enjoy them all. There is a beautiful harbor, polo season will be on, and we will provide our season tickets to Sings Like Hell, a monthly singer/songwriter show at the beautiful Lobero theatre. This could be the best summer of your life.
