A standard cleaning fee of $250 is required for post-departure cleaning. A fully refundable $1500 security deposit is required for each of our Santa Barbara vacation rentals reservation. Security Deposit Policy: Security Deposits are cashed and held by Santa Barbara Luxury Rentals. If no damage has been incurred, the full amount of $1500 will be returned to Occupant within ten days of departure. All or any portion of the security deposit may be used as reasonably necessary to cure non-sufficient funds fees or other sums due; repair damage, excluding ordinary wear and tear caused by occupant or occupant’s guests; clean the premises and/or replace personal property. Within three weeks after Occupant vacates the premises, Owner shall furnish occupant with an itemized statement indicating the amount of any security deposit withheld and the basis for its disposition.
