    Reservation Policy: Upon confirmation of reservation dates and property, a rental agreement will be furnished to guests to review and sign. A one week grace period will be granted to provide ample time to return signed contract with reservation fee. Reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of signed contract and payment. The reservation fee is 50% of the rental rate. The remaining 50% will be due 60 days prior to arrival date, along with the cleaning fee and security deposit. Fees: A standard cleaning fee of $250 is required for post-departure cleaning. A fully refundable $1500 security deposit is required for each of our Santa Barbara vacation rentals reservation, regardless of the duration of your stay. For private events and weddings, an additional security deposit may be required. An additional $500 pet deposit is also required for guests bringing pets.
