As you step through the front gate of this remarkable Cliffside home, you enter a private tropical oasis to the sound of splashing water, offering calm. The ocean is your backyard at this beach home, offering 180 degrees of unrestricted ocean and Island views. 
 
The Ocean Oasis has four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, with a spectacular great-room, all of it extremely private. The house is professionally decorated and immaculately maintained, offering luxury, comfort and a relaxing setting for your vacation. 
 
Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sun rise over the Mountains, or have breakfast on the patio as fishing boats head out to the Channel Islands. While sunbathing or barbequing you will have the company of pelicans and red tail hawks who drift by as they ride the thermals. A private outdoor alcove, just yards away from the house, provides a delightful and intimate spot to read, tan or enjoy a glass of wine at sundown. 
 
Sunsets are always special at the beach and here the ocean simply glows with golden Santa Barbara light. After a night out at one of the many restaurants (some within easy walking distance) or dancing downtown you can return to your private hot-tub and relax while you watch shooting stars. Then retire to your bedroom and fall asleep to the sound of the waves breaking on the beach below. 
 
Located in Santa Barbara’s Mesa neighborhood, The Ocean Oasis has beach access just one block away to unspoiled and uncrowded beaches, yet it is just five minutes to downtown shopping and the harbor, and a two minute drive to shops and restaurants, including Santa Barbara’s best gourmet grocery store.

Upon confirmation of reservation dates and property, a rental agreement will be furnished to guests to review and sign. A one week grace period will be granted to provide ample time to return signed contract with reservation fee. Reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of signed contract and payment. The reservation fee is 50% of the rental rate. The remaining 50% will be due 60 days prior to arrival date, along with the cleaning fee and security deposit. Fees: A standard cleaning fee of $250 is required for post-departure cleaning. A fully refundable $1500 security deposit is required for each of our Santa Barbara vacation rentals reservation, regardless of the duration of your stay. For private events and weddings, an additional security deposit may be required. An additional $500 pet deposit is also required for guests bringing pets.
