This was a guesthouse of former estate. Ideal for quiet couple. All utilities including gardener, maid service. Long distance charges extra, but free within the U.S.A. Prefer monthly rentals, but will consider weekly rental. References and security deposit required.

    • There is a barbecue with propane. Air-conditioning is not necessary in Montecito, as nights are cool for sleeping. If you are interested in privacy with wonderful gardens, large mature eucalyptus and palm trees with a garden of box bushes and roses then you would enjoy this property. It is an early Spanish design and decorated to fit the period. Internet and wireless provided.
