    		  Low Season Price: $1,950 per Week
      High Season Price: $2,550 per Week
         

    $1950 to $2550 per week plus a $750 security deposit. The deposit holds your dates. The balance is due 90 days prior to arrival. I'll take a $195 cleaning fee out of the deposit and return the balance within five days of your departure. If you choose to stay with us, I'll email you a contract and disclaimer, you sign and return with a check via snail mail and I'll then email you directions, lock box code and some other helpful information. We are located at 1033 Newton if you want to use Map Quest. You can rent safely knowing we are members of the Santa Barbara Chamber of Commerce.
