Amenities: One bedroom guesthouse with kichen, front room and full bathroom, nestled on a 23-acre Walnut Farm in the beautiful Wine Country of Templeton, CA. 
 
The frontroom is large with a queen-sized sofa bed, and dinning table. Hardwood floors and ceiling fan, with lovely views from all windows, no central air or heat. 
 
The bedroom has a queen-sized bed with large closet. Dish TV with all paid channels and networks. Ceiling fan. 
Kitchen has fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, utensils, etc. Stocked with coffee, creamers, waters, and breakfast pastries and fresh fruit. 
 
The 23-acre property surrounded with walnut trees as well as almost every fruit tree possible, very quiet and peaceful. There is a Hot Tub you may use, and barbeque if needed. We are located about 5 miles from the town of Templeton and about ten miles from Paso Robles and Atascadero. And surrounded by all the wineries the North Counties has to offer. Only 30-minutes from the beach and 20 miles from San Luis Obispo. Farmer Market every Saturday @ Templeton Park.
