Vacation Rental Description
This two-story house has a huge sunny deck with a gas barbecue grill and outdoor furniture. The bottom floor has a king-size bed, a daybed, TV with VCR and DVD player, a beautiful full bathroom, and walk-in closet. The wooden sliding door opens to a private patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee.  
The upper floor boasts a second bedroom that can be use as a family room with a Cable TV, stereo, and a daybed that sleeps two; a bathroom; a modern full kitchen and dining area; as well as a living room with a sofabed that sleeps two. The loft is a third level with a view of the channel and Kiddy Beach. It has a bunkbed, great for two older kids. We also provide two kayaks and bikes for guests to use. You will feel right at home. The beach is about 1/2 block from the house and restaurants are a walking distance or driving distance depending on what you feel like eating. Golf is about 10 to 15 mins. drive.

    • The house has high speed wireless internet access and digital cable. We also have a collection of popular movies on DVDs and games for children as well as children's books. The kitchen has a coffee maker, blender, and an electrical can openner. Out on the deck there's a natural gas barbeque grill and outdoor furniture.

    • Silver Strand Beach is one of the most popular beaches for surfing. It is about 1 block walking distance. The Channel Beach area is excellent for kayaking (We provide a double kayak for guests to use). It is about 1/2 block walking distance from the house. The harbor is about a 3 minute drive. There, you can rent boats to go fishing, sailing to The Channel Islands or just take a water taxi to restaurants and more. At the house we have two adult bikes and two children bikes you can ride to the water taxi or the beach. Over in the next street, there is a Yoga studio. It is about 1 block walking distance from the house. We also have a massuse that will come to the house if you call her and make an appointment at 805-252-9716. Her name is Roscleli Molina. There are great places to go if you want to drive more than 30 to 45 minutes: Santa Barbara, Wine Country, Malibu, Hollywood, and Outlet Shopping with more than 100 name brand stores.

    We require a deposit of half of the rental price at the time of reservation. The rest is due 3 weeks before your arrival . There's also a refundable security deposit of 300 dollars due to you 2 weeks after your departure. There is a non refundable cleaning fee of 125. We take credit cards through Paypal only. Cancellations are accepted 3 weeks before your reservation. If you cancell after that period you will loose your deposit.
