Vacation Rental Description
Beautiful condos (4) all overlooking 9th fairway of Lakes Course at Blacklake Golf Resort. Sleeps one couple or up to six people. Monthly, weekly, 3 days (or ask for 2 days), non smoking, ask about
pet friendly units.
Patios overlook putting green and first tee, propane barbeques, patio furniture. Nicely furnished,
3 bedrooms with king, queen, and twin beds. Two and a half bathrooms.
Golf is discounted for onsite stays. Blacklake is $45 per person, inc. cart, seven days a week.
Also discounts at surrounding courses, Monarch Dunes, Cypress Ridge, and Marshallia Ranch. We will make
tee times for you 21 days in advance.
The two story units are ideal for four men, each would have his own bed. Call and inquire about
tournament groups and pricing.
Lots of winery tours, good restaurants in area, see Hearst Castle, Morro Bay, and good beaches within
10 miles. We are 3 miles to the ocean as the crow flies.....high 320 feet on a mesa, so we don't get
the marine layer in the mornings. Average temperature is 69 degrees.
Condos are available for weekend, week or monthly; fully equipped with all paper
products and detergents, etc.
Wireless internet connection, flatscreen HD TV with Starz and Encore, unlimited
dialing on phone.
Just steps away from the clubhouse and bar and grill which is open at 7 a.m.

this is a golf resort.....very nice facility.....good walking, quiet and safe. Grocery stores
are 5 miles, good restaurants close by. The beach is about miles away.
There are lots of wineries in area, Hearst Castle, Morro Bay are favorite tourist spots.
We can arrange golf for you at discount at several of the nearby golf courses (Monarch Dunes,
Cypress Ridge, Avila Beach, and Marshallia)
We have three nine holes here at Blacklake....very nicely manicured. Convenient bar and grill on the
grounds for breakfast and lunch.
Of course, you have kitchen facilities in the condo. We have both two story units that sleep
four or six; and we have a one story unit that has two bedrooms which is ideal for a couple. The
one story is about $950 a week and the two story units are slightly more, depending on the number of
people. All units have a propane barbeque and nice patio;
also internet connection.

There are 64 condos here at Blacklake; 24 of them are rentals. We own four of them right on the golf course.It is a beautiful site, patios are elevated above the 9th fairway of the Lakes Course, just steps from the clubhouse.
You are privileged to receive discounts on golf - $45 per round seven days a week. We can also help you with
discounts at neighboring courses, which there are many.
Central Coast is famous for its beauty, a few miles from the sand dunes and the beach. We are five miles from
super market shopping, and ten miles from the movie theatres, shopping, etc. Lots of wineries are in the area
with tasting rooms, plenty of good restaurants. San Luis Obispo is a university town and very attractive.
You can explore Hearst Castle, the elephant seal phenomenan close to Ragged Point

One couple is $950 per week; two couples $1200; 3 day weekend is $500 - $750. Can accommodate 3 couples @ $300 per night...if less than 3 days, cleaning fee is added. Call for daily availability and rates. One unit is pet friendly. We can make tee times at nearby golf courses for you at discount (Monarch Dunes, Cypress Ridge, Avila Beach, Marshallia, Hunter Ranch) Bar and grill is open each day on the site for breakfast and lunch. We enjoyed all 27 holes of golf at Blacklake at the reduced prices....thank you for making all the
tee times for us...the discounts at the other courses were good too.

Hi Irene...
We will definitely rebook and come back here.....we had our kids and their kids join us and it was a perfect
retreat. The ease of fixing meals and eating them on the patio was wonderful and the kids

Golf Course Condo Fully Furnished-Nipomo, CA
We manage four condos along the 9th Fairway of the Blacklake Golf Course in Nipomo, CA. Sunny and warm, with the beautiful elevated patio. You can barbeque and sit outside and enjoy the scenery of putting in on the 9th green or teeing off on the first tee. We live nearby and are here to give you tips on everything. We have wonderful restaurants, hikes, wine tastings,
beaches, and a university town in San Luis Obispo. Just bring your food and drink, everything is provided.
