Beautiful new 1200 sq/ft upscale suite w/gourmet kitchen & 3rd floor deck overlooking ocean. 
 
Cayucos Pier View Suite 225 is a 1200 square foot split level suite on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the three story Pier View Plaza.  
The living area is on the third floor with large sliding glass doors that open onto a large private patio with glass rails and a great view of the ocean. It holds a sofa sleeper, a table for dining, and a widescreen LCD TV with cable, and has a bar with stools adjoining the kitchen. 
The 3rd floor bedroom has king size bed and sliding glass doors, the 2nd floor bedroom has a queen size bed as well as a sofa sleeper. Both bedrooms have adjoining bathrooms and feature deluxe pillow-top mattresses with down pillows and comforters.  
The large gourmet kitchen features granite counter tops and comes equipped with everything a kitchen needs: full size refrigerator with ice maker, gas stove/oven, microwave, toaster, blender, dishwasher, as well as all the silverware, dishes, & pots & pans that you'll need for your stay. 
 
On the premises you will find a gas barbecue, private well-lit parking, and laundry facilities, exclusively for the use of our guests. Pier View Plaza also houses the famous Cayucos Candy Counter as well as a pedecurist and salon. 
 
Cayucos is a small beach town, pop. 3000, nestled in the coastal hills. Within short walking distance you will find a long stretch of beautiful beach (perfect for surfing, swimming, kayaking, & sunbathing), the Cayucos Pier, several excellent restaurants, scuba, kayak, and bicycle rentals, as well as antique and gift shops. 
Less than 30 minutes away you can visit the famous Hearst Castle, tour the Paso Robles wine country, enjoy Montana De Oro state park, see the Piedras Blancas Elephant Seal colony, and view Morro rock. The area is very bicycle friendly and all these places are reachable by bike, (and a sturdy rider), so bring yours or rent one here!
