The villa was built in 1953 and reconstructed in 2005. The reconstruction updated and remodeled the villa to bring back the feeling of old California such as the 200 year old stone Mexican arches. If you want to see the historic front door take a look in the Monterey Airport--it is featured on one of the airport posters. One of the hand carved bedroom doors comes from the days of Junipero Serra and the old mission era. 
 
Perfect for family reunions and birthdays with it's five bedrooms and 9 beds. There is a formal dining room for your family or an outside deck off the dining room with a custom table for 20. Wander the grounds and gardens of the level one acre estate and play volleyball on the back lawn if you like. Photo opportunities abound under the stone arches or the deck with the ocean and rock caves in the background just a few hundred feet away, don't settle for a distant look at a patch of blue, at the Villa you look into the white water waves going in and out of the ocean caves at Bird Rock. Hear the sea lions bark, smell the ocean air, see the waves crash, wander the many gardens with the Pacific in your backyard.The weather by the sea can best be described as two seasons of Spring and two seasons of Fall.  
 
Stays include (2) passes to the Monterey Bay Aquarium and daily passes into Pebble Beach and the 17 Mile Drive. Guests will also have use of a keyed, gorgeous, private beach.
