One of Carmel Valleys original ranch houses.This 3 bedroom 3 bath features 2 master suites, one withsitting room, stone fireplace and "water tower" bathroom that overlooks a multitude of bird feeders.There is a library, entertainment room formal dining room(seats 8) and a kitchen with 6 burner "Wedgewood gas stove, slab cherry wood breakfront with cow dinner bell,limestone counters and farmhouse sink. 2 bedrooms have french door that opens to front courtyard with fountain. Lister to the sound of water as you read or relax in the back patio near the waterfall fountain, or roast marshmellows over the firepit in the back yard.There is also a "pizza Oven" in the rear yard for those who like to cook. Occasionally see deer, fox and turkey from the kitchen window. Home is on aprox. 5 acres and is easy walking distance to local wine tasting rooms, restaurants and shops.

    • There is a corral in the back for your horses with miles of trail riding nearby. Garland park is nearby with trails for hiking, bicycle riding or horse riding.There are 2 outdoor fountains, fire pit and pizza oven.Across the street is childrens playground and park with swimming pool.In the summer month concerts are on most weekends.

    • There are many golf courses available within easy drive, wine tasting rooms are easy walk. There is a "wine" tour that takes you to the actual wineries a little further out the Valley. You can ride to Garland park from the house for horse back riding or hiking.(You must have your own horse)Big Sur and the Hwy 1 coastline are just a short drive away.Carmel and it's quaint shops are aprox. 11 mi from the house, Laguna Secca and it's road racing are aprox. 6 mi, Pebble Beach(A.T.&T) are aprox.13 mi.
