Vacation Rental Description
The "Otter Cove House" is almost an ocean front, it's faces open Ranch land with many hiking trails for sight seeing and exploring with "Otter Cove" only about 100 yards off to the left. Enjoy the natural undeveloped landscape without telephone wires, or rooftops. The access is easy but there is no sandy beach here. Tide pooling is fun with kids but a good sandy beach is about 3 miles away on Moonstone Dr. You can drive there or get to town in about 5 or 10 minutes or walk across the Ranch and get to either place in about 40 minutes. If you are able to bring bicycles, it's an easy ride across the Ranch or to the west end of town. The house has everything you will need except food, and your personal stuff.
If the weather turns bad, just move inside and get cozy up to the remote controlled gas fireplace. Or maybe watch TV on the 50 inch plasma, or pick a movie from our personal film library. We’ve tried to make your stay fun and comfortable, a place you don't want to leave.__ Other goodies, such as an outside gas fire pit, decks attached to every bedroom, an inside outside room for reading, napping etc, and of course all the reg. Stuff, wireless internet, washer/dryer, microwave, turn table, CD player, and access to the two car garage with a auto opener.
HOUSE SETUP
The house has two stories, the upstairs has two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a full bath, tub/shower, single sink and toilet. The tub/shower area is shared with another bedroom; it has a door that exits to another sink and toilet area then another door to the bunkbed/queen Murphy bed bedroom. Each upstairs bedroom has it's own balcony, the front balcony off the master bedroom has the best view. One of the pictures with the director’s chair shows the view. The master has a gas fireplace and 32 LCD flat screen TV, with built in DVD player. Down stairs the other bedroom is right as you enter the house off the garage. It also has a full bath tub/shower. The best thing is it's a very private part of the house, a long way from the action of the front room, dining room area.
DIRECTIONS
Take Burton off HWY 1, turn left coming from the South, or right coming from the North. At first stop sign turn Right on Ardath Dr. At about 1 mile the road will Y, take the branch to the Right, it becomes Madison St. – At next stop sign turn Left on Drake St. At the next street turn right on Marborough Ln. DRIVE SLOW, some of the next 4 way intersections do not have STOP SIGNS either way. At last street, Wedgewood St, turn left, and go down to 317. YOU ARE THERE!
PS. The small lot on the right is part of the property, you can park on it if you want. However, if it’s the winter it could be soft and muddy.
