The "Guest House" cabin is located on 23 acres in the Ouachita National Forest overlooking the Caddo River. $175/night sleeps 4 people. Weekly rate of $1050. The guest house is 900 sq.ft. open concept cabin with a loft. One king size bed and one queen size bed, one full bath, and living area. Two additional people could use an air mattress (provided)(add'l $15/person over 4 person rental rate)Children under 14 free. Plenty of outside entertainment area. Cook in the outdoor kitchen equipped with small frig, cook top, 5 burner gas grill, coffee pot & toaster while overlooking the Caddo River. Relax on the gazebo deck, lay in a hammock or jump in the six person hot tub with views of the Caddo River and the Ouachita National Forest. Picnic table, fire pit, horseshoe pits and hammocks are at the rivers edge. Charcoal grill available for cookouts. Plenty of area attractions for hiking/biking/canoeing/golf and antique shopping. All you need to bring is a desire to relax and have fun and your food & beverages. The frig is undercounter size. A large cooler is available for your use on the deck. Coffee pot/filters,toaster,and blender are provided. A 5-burner gas grill as well as a cook top are available in the outdoor kitchen. There is an outdoor shower with cold water only that is refreshing after playing outdoors. If you do not want to wash dishes please bring disposable items. One linen change mid week for weekly rentals. Towels will be laundered daily.
