Complex has stream that runs through it and is right outside the patio. Since the bedrooms are both master suites, each one has its own private patio and full bath with large closets. This unit is a No Smoking and No Pet condo.

Lake Havasu Arizona is located in Mohave County on Highway 95 in western Arizona. 				High Season Price:	$1,300 per Week

$500 Reservation/Security Deposit require that is refunded when home is confirmed to be clean and free of damage. Cleaning Fee starts at $65 Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Dates available: Year around Rentals are for weekly and monthly from April through October. November through March is available for 6 month rental only. Monthly rates available upon request.
