Vacation Rental Description
This single story home is nestled in the heart of the prestigious Foothills of the Catalina Mountains, just below Skyline Country Club, with full unobstructed views of the mountains from the private patio and all rooms in the home that will take your breath away. The home is located in the most desirable and private location within the community. Approximately 1300 square feet. Includes assigned covered parking space located near the property.
Photos of the mountains are a direct view from the property. The property provides complete privacy, peace and quiet. The home is beautifully appointed with brand new furniture, linens, and kitchen items to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
Stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and beautiful maple cabinets in the kitchen. Separate dining area. Wood burning fireplace in the living room. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. Built-in desk with cabinets located in the hallway, just steps away from the kitchen area.
Large bedrooms (guest room is nearly the size of the master) with walk-in closets. Master bath has a large vanity area with double sinks, and tiled shower over tub. Guest bath has a single sink with a large, tiled, walk-in shower.
Guest room includes a computer, printer and internet access, including WiFi.
TVs with Direct TV are located in the living room and both bedrooms, with a flat screen TV in the master bedroom. Stereo and DVD player are located in the living room.
I initially provide basic cleaning supplies, paper towels, etc. A vacuum, mop and broom are available. Hair dryers are provided in both baths. Cleaning can be provided for approximately $60.00 per cleaning.
I relocated to Tucson from San Jose, California five years ago, purchased the home and lived in it for a few years. I cannot describle how much I loved living there. Pride of ownership is seen as soon as the front door is opened.
Comparable properties are renting for higher rates than I am offering. I am able to offer a lower rate by managing the property myself, which I am very much enjoying. Guests have told me that the property is immaculate and the pictures on the website do not do it justice, and have been thrilled upon arrival, and have enjoyable stays. Many guests have told me they will be returning to my property.
My goal is to provide personal, excellent service to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for my guests, which many property management companies do not offer.
