Located on the El Conquistador Hilton Resort complex and nestled at the foot of the Catalina Mountains and the Coronado National Forest, with a patio overlooking the fairway of the Resort's golf course (5th Fairway), this beautifully decorated, fully furnished, and comfortable 1875 sq. ft. patio home serves as a second home for its owners when not being enjoyed by those who desire the relaxing, slow pace, and warm sunshine of Tucson.  
 
It is a "snowbirds delight for the season." Or, for a few weeks of "get away time," it can simply provide more space and privacy in a home atmosphere than one would find in a hotel. (Yet, the hotel's restaurants and shops are only a 10 minute walk away.)

    A deposit of $500 is required to hold your reservation and at time of occupancy becomes the Security/Cleaning/Damage Deposit. Cancellation Policy: Full refunds of Deposits are granted with 60 days notice of cancellation. After occupancy cleaning fees are charged at $20 per hour and deducted from the deposits. The remaining funds are returned to you. We accept cash, personal checks, money orders and cashiers checks as payment. VISA and Master Card are accepted with a 2.5% (3.5% for foreign accounts) processing fee. If your stay includes the period 12/21/09 thru 12/30/09, we will reduce your billing by $15.00 for each and every day of your reservation period. (Note: a 30 day stay will save you $450.00 - wow!!)
