You will enjoy the comfortable furnishings, decorations and talevera tile laid out in the homes seven spacious rooms (a total of 2644 square feet). The yard is lush with plants and shade trees – not the usual environment in Tucson! 
 
In this unique neighborhood directly west of the city all the homes are spaced far apart at many different elevations so that this home has privacy and quiet. The neighborhood backs up to the Tucson Mountain Park and is hillier and more scenic than you will find in the Catalina Foothills north of the city. Just a few miles up the road you will find beautiful Gates Pass that takes you down into the next valley where you can visit the Sonoran Desert Museum and Old Tucson the ex-movie location. 
 
Being this “far away” form the noise of the city does not mean you are isolated. The home is located just 10 minutes form I-10 and 12 minutes to Downtown Tucson and the University of Arizona. There you will find museums as well as both upscale and funky shops to explore at your leisure.  
 
This 3 bedroom home features a king bed in the Master suite, 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom, a queen sofa bed in the upstairs bedroom/den, and a queen futon in the sunroom. 
 
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything necessary for a romantic dinner for 2 or a family feast. For indoor entertainment there is satellite TV and CD/DVD Player.

    A deposit of $500 is required to hold your reservation and at time of occupancy becomes the Security/Cleaning/Damage Deposit. Cancellation Policy: Full refunds of Deposits are granted with 60 days notice of cancellation. After occupancy cleaning fees are charged at $20 per hour and deducted from the deposits. The remaining funds are returned to you. We accept cash, personal checks, money orders and cashiers checks as payment. VISA and Master Card are accepted with a 2.5% (3.5% for foreign accounts) processing fee.
