Cancellation Policy: Full refunds of Deposits are granted with 60 days notice of cancellation. After occupancy cleaning fees are charged at $20 per hour and deducted from the deposits. The remaining funds are returned to you. We accept cash, personal checks, money orders and cashiers checks as payment. VISA and Master Card are accepted with a 2.5% (3.5% for foreign accounts) processing fee. Weekly rates are available!!!
