    $500 security deposit; $125 non-refundable cleaning fee. 50% of rental amount due 90 days prior to arrival and remainder due 45 days prior to arrival. Cancellations between 30 and 60 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty equal half of the total rental amount. Cancellations between 1 and 29 days of arrival will forfeit the full advance payment. Early departure does not warrant any refund. Jan., Feb., & March: minimum 1 month stay. Discounts available for stays of 1 month or longer in low and mid seasons. Long term available. Pets considered on an individual basis.
