These Beautiful apartments are in Duplex's which offers a very quiet environment. We are now a completly secure complex with an automatic security gate for our guests peace of mind. We are located close to a major shopping mall, many restaurants, stores and many attractions. Each apartment has a patio to enjoy our wonderful weather and relax after a day of sightseeing. All of our apartments are beautifully furnished with everything to make you feel at home, all you have to bring is your toothbrush and cloths. We are a husband and wife team that not only manage but we designed and built each unit and are natives of Tucson so we can help you make the most of your visit. 
You will pleasantly surprised when you arrive and how comfortable you will feel. Come enjoy Tucson.

    At time of reservation 1/2 down required with balance due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancelation policy: 61 days - 100%; 60 days 50%; 30 days out no refund. We accept personal checks, cash or if you want to pay by credit card the only way we are set up is thru paypal. Note: until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. If you have concerns please contact to discuss and we will see what we can do to satisfy your concerns. We are somewhat flexible. All reservations have a non refundable cleaning fee of $100 and for monthly or longer reservations there is a fully refundable damage deposit of $500.00 which is returned within 14 days of leaving as long as there is no damage.

    Cindy and Gregg are fine hosts. The duplex is clean, comfortable, quiet and tastefully decorated. It had everything we needed and the location is excellent. On our next trip to Tucson we will stay at the Pastime Suites.
