      High Season Price: $2,500 per Week
         

    Rates are November 1st - April 30th $2500.00/month May 1st - October 31st $1900.00/month. The deposit required is one months rent, and a $150.00 non-refundable cleaning fee. All utilities paid including telephone and cable. There is a $150.00 cap on utilities.
