Queen bed in master set of twins in 2nd bedroom and a hide a bed in the living room. Flat screen plasma TV in living room and bedroom. Wireless internet avilable. Standard appliances, washer dryer located outside back patio area. Reserved parking on street. 4 pools and additional laundry facilities in complex.

Will rent by the week or month. Off season discounts. Note: This is an age-restricted area. At least one tenant must be 55 or older.

Short term rental less than six months half the rent and $250 security deposit due upon signing of the contract and the remainder of the rent and & $100 cleaning fee upon arrival. Non refundable pet fee of $250. Long Term rental 6 months or more First and last months rent plus $250 security deposit and $100 cleaning fee. Rent due the 1st of each month
