Winter in beautiful, warm Green Valley, Arizona 
Are the winter snows getting you down? Unpack and enjoy the sun, read a book, sip a drink on your private patio or take a dip in the pool next door. Our villa is situated near the end of a quiet street in a retirement community just twenty minutes from Tucson. Decorated in Southwest decor, the Villa is fully furnished and equipped and includes a queen bed and sofa-couch. It is 100 yards from the shared pool and 50 yards from a coin-operated community laundry. A designated parking area is right outside, with easy flat access. 
 
Green Valley Recreation membership is included with the monthly rental, which allows you access to 12 community centers located throughout Green Valley, each featuring social and meeting rooms, a catering kitchen, swimming pool with a spa, hobby/craft studios, a fitness center, tennis courts, and shuffleboard. There is a Community bus for local shopping. 
 
Other activities include 12 Golf Courses, world-class Birding (Madera Preserve), Horseshoes, Fishing, Wildlife Viewing, Horseback Riding, Shopping, Restaurants, Live Theater, Cinemas, Museums, Dancing (ballroom and square and round with nationally-known leaders), Sightseeing, Native American Sites and Crafts, Artist's Colony (Tubac), Nogales, Mexico. Tucson airport is 20 minutes away. 
The Villa is fully equipped, so all you have to pack is your suitcase. Air Cooling and Heat, local telephone, fast speed internet, Cable TV has extended coverage, DVD player, stereo and CD player all included in the rent. The bedroom has a Queen Bed and there is a convertible Sofa Bed in the living room; all linens are provided. The kitchen has everything you need: fridge, microwave, and cooking utensils, and if we can improve it, just let us know. We refitted the kitchen in 2009 based on feedback from previous visitors.  
 
We mail you an information sheet covering all aspects of living in the Villa when you rent the property. Our in-laws live near by and can answer any questions. They also a villa across the street, so if you are two families, this is the place for you.  
 
Pets allowed, smoking not allowed.  
 
Charges: 
Jan. - Apr. $1200 per month 
Oct. - Dec. $1000 per month 
May - Sep. $600 per month  
Year Long Rental - $600 per month (without utilities) 
Multiple Months/seasonal discounts available 
 
$500 holding and security deposit required -refundable with one month or more cancellation notice, $75 nonrefundable cleaning fee.

Fast speed internet, cable with over 100 channels. Double bed in bedroom and pull down couch in living room. Access to a shared coin laundry - one block away. Membership in Green Valley Recreation which gives occupants access to heated pools, gyms, and other recreational activities such as classes on pottery, making silver jewelry, bird watching. Membership also includes access to group activities such as guided walks and tours.
