Welcome to our home away from home. Built in 2005, this 1-level handicapped friendly home offers 1580 square feet of living space and is sited in a secluded area of the retirement community of Quail Creek. The community is securely gated and patrolled. The property enjoys many upgrades andis tastefully decorated in a southwestern motif. 
 
The bedrooms and baths are locatedon opposite ends of the home for maximum privacy. Viewsof the Santa Rita Mountains from the front and back patios are excellent. Theproperty faces east, providing full morning sun in front and afternoon sun in the rear, for those caring to sun worship.  
 
The well-equipped kitchen's all white appliances includes a side-by-side refrigerator with ice and drinking water dispenser, electric range, built in microwave, dishwasher, generous counter space, breakfast bar with two stools, an eat in kitchen seating 6, and easy to maintain tile flooring. A separate laundry room with cabinets and clothes folding counter is conveniently located off the kitchen. 
 
The great room is designed for a "kick back" feel for entertaining and ample, comfortable seating for a quiet and relaxing evening gathered around the entertainment center. Hi speed Cox wireless connection allows computer access from any location on the property. Digital cable TV service and DVD/VHS players are located in the great room and master bedroom. Off the great room is a study/library/reading room with an executive wood desk and ergonomic chair, a library, a music center and a relaxing padded chair with foot rest. 
 
Several upgrades to this property include an extended two car garage, a clerestory window in the master bath, paddle fans throughout, recessed overhead lighting in the kitchen, kitchen appliances, and a bay window in the master bedroom.  
 
A sliding glass door off the great room leads to a covered patio with paddle fan,gas barbeque, fire pit and a patio table for sunset dining and enjoying the evening breezes and sounds of wildlife this area of the Arizona desert offers. 
 
We welocome small well behaved dogs but no cats please.

    • The property is in Quail Creek, a community developed by the Robson Corporation. This brilliantly designed development offers many amenities for a diverse range of individual interests. The Quail Creek Resort community has its own restaurant/grill, 2 heated swimming areas, hot tub, professional golf course (27 holes), and workout facilities. Access to the Quail Creek community activities is a short distance away and bicycles are available for getting around and exercising. Beyond the Quail Creek community, the surrounding area holds many interests and the City of Tucson is within a short 20 minute drive. Madera Canyon, renowned for bird watching, is about 17 miles and 15 minutes from Quail Creek.
