Our vacation home in Pinetop is all about options.
Whether you want to relax inside and watch a good movie or play board games with your family.There is a gas fireplace and cable TV in three rooms. Perhaps you want to explore the outdoors. Hiking, fishing, skiing or shopping. There is lots to do within a short drive from our vacation home.

Pinetop/Lakeside Country Club is open to the public for 18 holes of golf or tennis. They are with a short walk. Hon Dah Casino is 2 miles up the road.

Sunrise Ski Resort is 35 miles up the mountain. They can rent all you ski needs.

Season Rental Fees: Season: September - May $150 per night (2 night min) $850 per week (7 nights) $2250 per month Season: August, June, July - $185 per night (2 night min) $950 per week (7 nights) $2450 per month Lodging tax on rental fee is 6.05% One time cleaning fee is $90 No Security Deposit with credit card. Note: If payment is made by check there is a refundable $250 security deposit. Holiday rates are $199 per night (3 night min) Rates for multiple consecutive months discounted 5% Small dogs O.K. with owner's permission. $25 nightly, $100 weekly, $200 monthly - Security Deposit of $100 fully refundable. This is a smoke free lodge. No smoking inside or on our balcony. Smoking allowed outside in common area of "The Village". Payment accepted - Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, personal checks, Cashier's check. Until confirmed, rates subject to change without notice.
