Come up to the White Mountains, where the air is crisp and clean, the summers are cool and the winters are snowy!

This wonderful Cape Cod style vacation rental is located in the quaint town of Overgaard, just a short two and a half hour drive from the Phoenix metro area. It sits in a homes only subdivision with acre parcels, so you will have plenty of room to stretch out and rejuvenate from the cramped city lifestyle.

The 2400 square foot home offers three large bedrooms (sleeps 8), two and a half baths, an open great room layout, as well as a breakfast area and formal dining room (perfect for large family gatherings!), and a basement recreation room complete with ping-pong and fooseball tables, and TV with DVD (great place for the kids to hang out).

The main living area features a surround sound entertainment system, satellite TV, comfortable furnishings and a warm, cozy fireplace. There is even high-speed wireless DSL available for those who need to stay connected.

Outside you will find an acre of Ponderosa forest, with a fenced rear yard and a brand new 450 sq. ft. deck and hammock for relaxing the trees. The neighborhood is generally flat, so walking and biking are easy. And, if you are a mountain biker, there are miles of trails and forest service roads in the area worthy of exploration.

Come on up and escape the intense desert heat! From July through September, you may even enjoy cool afternoon thunderstorms during Arizona's monsoon season.

NOTE: Pets may be permitted with pre-approval of owner. Daily housekeeping not provided; renter(s) responsible for cleaning during stay. Owner is licensed real estate agent in the State of Arizona.

Rates

All rates are based on two-night minimum (three-nights holidays), eight people maximum. Discount to current and former real estate clients (must have bought or sold a property through Stephen Yost). Pet pre-approval required (maximum two).

Non-Holiday ................... $175/night + $5/pet.
*Holidays ........................ $200/night + $5/pet.
Weekly Rate ................... $1,015 + $25/pet.
Monthly Rate .................. $2,950 + $75/pet.
Client Rate .................... $125/night + $5/pet.
Client holiday rate............. $175/night + $5/pet.
Security ..... $300 + 100 per pet; Cleaning .. $75 - $100 (non-refundable).

*New Years Week/MLK Weekend/President's Day Weekend/Easter Week/Memorial Weekend/ July Fourth Week/Labor Day Weekend/Thanksgiving Week/Christmas Week.
