Security deposit $500, due at reservation, refundable after inspection.
Cleaning fee: $225, non-refundable

Five minutes to restaurants, Arrowhead Mall and movie theaters.
Area attractions: Arrowhead Town Center, shopping, movies, dining Lake Pleasant Regional Park, boating, fishing, skiing, parasailing, hiking, camping. Wildlife World Zoo, Phoenix Zoo, Waterworld Safari Water Park. Salt river (1½ hours, tubing). Dozens of golf courses, lakes, and parks.
Major Sports: Diamondback,Suns,Cardinals, Coyotes. Baseball’s Cactus league spring training is here in March. Peoria Stadium hosts the Mariners and Padres. Phoenix International Raceway.

This home was perfect for our extended family of 17, which included 3 active young children and 2 physically-challenged seniors. The house was very spacious on the inside. The linen closet was well-stocked, and we also used the laundry room to clean clothes during the week. The kitchen was large and well-equipped, perfect for the many chefs in the group. All enjoyed playing in the well-maintained yard, pool and jacuzzi. Many enjoyed the house's proximity to shopping - we could do last-minute Christmas shopping, grab lattes, get groceries, or eat out. Lastly, it was very easy to work with the owners of the house - they were very responsive at all times.

Great property !!! We were 8 guy's on a golf trip. Lot's of room for everyone. Everything was as promised including pool heated to 85 and hot tub fired up and ready to go. The kitchen was well stocked with all cooking utensils. This home is located in cul de sac in a very nice neighborhood. Spacious yard, lime and lemon trees line the back of the property. I would totally reccomend this property to anyone looking to visit the Phoenix area.

Great place for the 9 of us that spent a week Mountain Biking and golfing in the Phoenix area.
Had plenty of room for all of us and our gear. Especially nice that we had use of the garage to store and protect
our bikes and clubs. Made well use of the kitchen for our cooking and dining pleasures. Hot tub and pool was
nice to soak our limbs after an eventfull day.
Can't wait to get back and enjoy the climate and Mike and Linda's accomadations.

Had an absolute fun time at this location. We were a party of 5 renting the house to attend a baseball tournament at the Mariners spring training facility. The location was perfect and very well maintained. I would highly recommend and look forward to renting this home again on my next trip to Peoria. Thanks, Linda and Michael
