The backyard is so "cool"...large private swimming pool (not heated) with rock slide & grotto, outside bar, private lake (fishing allowed), and canoe (motorized) to stroll the lake. This home is very relaxing and is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Sunsets are "fab" from the lake! 
 
Home is only 5 minutes from FWY 101 (91st/Bell and Thunderbird exists), Peoria Sports Complex, Arrowhead Mall, many nice eateries and pubs, movie theatre, the Rio Vista Rec Center, and medical facilities. Other attractions are also near-by.  
 
Kitchen is supplied with great cooking seasoning, double ovens, kitchen island and kitchen bar. We supply water, beer and/or wine too! Family room has 42" HD TV, wet bar and leather furnishing. Home has formal dining and frontroom areas. 1/2 bath on main floor. Washer & dryer is also located on the main floor. Home is decorated with a true feeling of vacation.  
 
Home is very close to hiking & biking trails and walking distance to the Rio Vista Rec Center (great for workouts and childrens playground). We have two mountain bikes and our little red canoe for you to enjoy.

Our home offers all the comforts of home. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of cookware, adorable plates, double oven, kitchen island and lots of seasoning (olive oil, herbs, salt, pepper, etc.). We also provide plenty of popcorn, coffee, tea, water and a complimentary bottle of wine or 6-pk beer. Our kitchen is usually full of other excellent items that our guests leave behind. Feel free to eat whatever you find in the kitchen - just like home! We have two air conditioners/heating systems (one for each floor). Three tv's (42" LCD), internet/WiFi, DVD's, workout equipment, and games for your enjoyment. Canoe to enjoy the lake. Fishing allowed (catch & release). Mountain bikes to ride the trails. If you like, we can arrange for a cleaning service during your stay.

Home is located on a private lake (Desert Harbor). Fishing is allowed for our guest (catch & release only). We provide a cute little red canoe with a electic motor for your enjoyment. (You must be able to swim and sign a release of responsiblity form prior to using canoe.) Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. 
 
There are several nice eateries, Arrowhead Mall, and a Cinema only 5 minutes from our home. There is also a nice childrens playground and a rec center minutes from our home (Rio Vista Rec Center.) 
 
Peoria Sports Complex (Spring Training/baseball) is also only a few minutes from our home.  
 
We are close to many golf courses, the zoo, and hiking trails.
