Studio apartment with a queen size bed, walk-in shower, large closet, large picture window, and kitchenette. Complementary breakfast food stocked in kitchenette for stays of one week or less and first few days of a longer stay. Separate entrance with a security screen door, so you can take advantage of cool desert evenings. Large covered patio with BBQ grill and table & chairs. View deck above patio with breathtaking views of two mountain ranges and city lights. Rural area, surrounded by natural Sonoran desert with a 3,648 acre desert park (Usery Park-Maricopa County) within walking distance. Designated parking space available including space for RV parking.

The kitchenette, has a microwave, and a convection oven and an induction burner with pots and pans. There is an electric skillet, crockpot, silverware and dishes. I have stocked the kitchen with salt, pepper and spices that are used the most. I also stock a few items for breakfast so that you don't have to go shopping right away.

There are Horseback riding/hiking/bicycling trails throughout Usery park. Which you can walk to easily from the property. The park also includes a world class 3/D archery range and many picnic areas. The Salt river is nearby as are 4 lakes. Fishing, boating, swimming, etc. Rio Salado Shooting range 10 minutes away.

Travel Info: We love the desert and there is so much to do here with the park nearby. We're also within a few minutes to food shopping, coffee shops, convenience stores, and gas. Close freeway access takes you to malls, movie theatres, hospitals, public transportation, and the airport.
