2006 Winnebago Sightseer Motor home with slide out for living area loaded with upgrades. Enjoy all the comforts of home. Entertainment center includes surround sound, TV, CED, DVD & radio + exterior music stations. It even comes with a set of 4 2-way radios. Delux Maple cabinets. Rear bedroom with queen island bed + room for additional 4 people since the sofa and dinette both make into beds. Lots of storage. Audio camera for easy back-up. Automatic hydraulic levelers. Beat the cost of diesel fuel with this economical gas powerd pretty coach. Fully equiped. Airport pick-up can be arranged. 
Stay in luxury 5 Star Resort close to golf, shopping & sightseeing or travel America at your leisure seeing what you always dreamed of. Grand Canyon, Sedona, Las Vegas and Disneyland and much more are each less than a day away. 
Deposit and special insurance are required.

Most parks are close to golfing, shopping & entertainment. Some are age restricted (one party needs to be over age 55). Some are family friendly with children activities. The rental of space is in addition to RV rent. OR You can travel where you choose and explore America. I would be happy to assist you in your vacation plans.

    Deposit of 25% of total amount is due at time of reservation. Visa & MC accepted. Fully refundable up to 60 days prior to reservation less a handling fee of $50. 30-60 days prior to reservation 75% of deposit will be returned. Balance of amount owed to be in US Dollars or certified check including a $1500 security deposit. Special separate insurance is $25.per day to the insurance company & must be arranged at time of reservation. 100 miles a day free. Thereafter, it is 25 cents per mile. 5 hours of generator use free per day. Thereater it is $4 per hour. Renter is responsible for all fuel & RV park fees. Good driving record and experience with driving a large vehicle is necessary. Off Season is October 1st to April 30th. In Season is May 1st to September 30. Special holiday & event weekends (eg. NASCAR) are full price.
