A $500 deposit is required to hold a reservasions, which will be returned with 10 days of leaving providing all is in good order. A $100 cleaning fee will be added to each stay. Payment must be made 10 days before before start of each stay or by the end of each month for multiply months stays. Checks will be accepted.
