Quiet sidewalks invite you to take a stroll past the pond and fountains that greet you when you enter the well maintained community which is just beyond the Wild Horse Pass. Phoenix Sky Harbour Airport is only 25 minutes away. 
 
The property features a backyard meant for entertaining - a large covered patio, private swimming pool, and a built-in barbecue with bar. Lounge chairs, patio furniture and pool towels are provided for your comfort. 
 
This two-storey, open concept home features many amenities, including a 42 inch HD ready television, all kitchen essentials and linens. A washer and dryer are also available for guest use. 
 
The four bedrooms easily sleep up to eight guests, and include a king-size bed, a queen-size bed and two full double beds. The master bedroom features a large en suite with a separate shower and soaking tub, as well as double sinks and a large walk-in closet.

For those who are a little more adventurous, white water rafting, the Grand Canyon and Las Vegas are fun day trips. If relaxation is more your idea, visit majestic Sedona, one of the many world-class spas or play a round of golf on one of the numerous golf courses in the area. 
 
A variety of trails and sight-seeing locations within a short drive will provide you with breathtaking views of desert vistas and mountain ranges, which are especially beautiful at sunset. Don't forget to bring your camera!
