"Boxwood"(condo)is located in the Saguaro Woods community in Fountain Hills,AZ.Peaceful & quiet for your rest & relaxation.Palm trees galore and awesome mountain views.A private olympic size swimming pool with BBQ grills,seating,showers and lots of room.335 days of sunshine per year.Fountain Hills is home of the tallest fountain in the world (560)ft high,and on ST Patricks Day it's Irish green.The fountain is surrounded by a lovely lake and park.The lake hosts many types of birds & ducks & occasionally some very lg feathered friends.The park has an amphitheater for live bands,weddings,and free movie nite at the park.It is also home to our highly rated frisbee golf course,Splash Park for the kids and a shopping plaza with lots of food & drink and everything else from soup to nuts.Take your refreshments outside (year 'round)and sit in one of many places or just find a soft spot in the grass and enjoy!The Fountain erupts for 15 min every hour on the hour from 9:00am to 9:00pm 365 days.Just across from the park is the actual town of Fountain Hills with many unique shoppes,art and antique stores,and wonderful restaraunts for you to try.From "Boxwood",just take a 10min stroll into town,enjoy the day, and stroll back.On more adventuresome days, tryout one of our 6 great golf courses or go hiking or mountain biking at McDowell Mountain Park or have the guide there escort you on one of many hikes to abandon mines etc.For watersports there are several lakes 30min to an hr away for boating,swimming,skiing etc and plenty of rentals available.Scottsdale is 15 min away with its many art meccas, theaters etc. Phoenix is 30 min with everything the 5th largest city in America can possibly offer. Sky Harbor Airport is 30 min. Mexico is 3hrs, California 6hrs, Pacific Ocean 7hrs, Las Vegas 5hrs, Colorado, New Mexico,Utah are close also. 1050sq ft of comfort, "Boxwood" has just been freshly painted & decorated with a Southwesten flair.Very comfortable furnishings & Southwestern art throughout.All utilities,Cable TV,High Speed Internet service,and use of a private olympic size swimming pool are included in the rent-NO SURPRISES!!! TV's in LR & Mas BR. Bathroom with tub & shower & nice linens.Both BR's with plenty of drawer space & double closets with lots of clothes hangers.Kitchen has all appliances,lg & sm and all the gadgets right down to the corkscrew.Private veranda for incredible star gazing.Living room seats 7 comfortably and still has room to dance.Presently we have guests in from Canada & New England, and our new friends from Italy just left.Now we are invited to go there!! Our guests return often which is our highest compliment."Boxwood" views are very nice.Come,see us. You'll be glad you did.Only bad part is "leaving".10 min walk or 2 min drive into town.

Located on 23 rolling acres of grass covered property adorned with wonderful Palm Trees, Fruit Trees, and flower and rose bushes. This quiet setting is perfect for strolling, laying out, picnics, game playing, and ideal for walking your pets. Please be sure to pick up after your pet. The views from here are lovely with awesome mountain peaks ringing the town of Fountain Hills and certainly adding to the ambience of the community. There are very few lights to disturb the incredible star gazing at night. "Oakwood" is about a ten minute walk or a two minute drive from the "Fountain" Park and the Town Center of Fountain Hills with its olio of eateries, shoppes, and fun things to do.
