"Oakwood" is a Vacationer ready 2nd floor condo.1050sq ft of roomy comfort in the beautiful community of Saguaro Woods, Fountain Hills, AZ.2br,1ba,kitchen,dr,large living room and private veranda for incredible star gazing.Very nice comfortable furnishings:Multiple sofas & chairs,ceiling fans,color TV's in LR & Mas BR with remotes,nice artwork throughout. Restful queen size beds in both BR's with a foldout sofa in LR (can sleep 6 comfortably).Dressers with plenty of drawer space along with double closets in both BR's ( with plenty of clothes hangers ).Well appointed bathroom with tub & shower & nice linens.Pretty dining set and newer appliances in kitchen including blender,toaster,coffee maker,microwave oven,plenty of flatware,dishes,pots & pans and all other kitchen equipment necessary for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.Newer A/C heat pump combination to keep you comfortable all year round. Freshly painted and decorated with a Southwestern flair. Lots of windows for light and to enjoy the mountain views. Nice carpet & tile throughout. The Saguaro Community is quiet & restful and surrounded by green lawns. There is a wonderful olympic size swimming pool with BBQ grills,tables,showers,etc.Great for some serious swimming and exercise & only a minute from your condo door ( towels provided of course ).Palm trees galore with awesome views from just about everywhere.During your stay you can befriend new friends from around the globe.Presently we have guests from Canada,New England,and friends from Italy just left ( now we are invited to go there ). They return whenever they can. That is our highest compliment. It's a 10 min walk or a 2 min drive to center town Fountain Hills with sooooo much to see & do. Begin with the worlds tallest ( 560ft ) fountain that erupts every hour on the hour for 15 min from 9:ooam to 9:00pm seven days a week all year--what a sight to see. On a breezy day you may need a towel to dry off with if you are close.The lake surrounding the fountain hosts many different species of birds. Surrounding the lake are nice walking paths,a frisbee golf course (highly rated),a bandstand (also used for free movie night at the park,a new "splash park" for the kids and a shopping plaza with everything from soup to nuts.The town of Fountain Hills is loaded with unique restaraunts & shoppes of all kinds,six fabulous golf courses,a mountain park with hiking and biking trails and even guided tours to old mines etc. We have a wonderful community theater performing some great plays. The Fort McDowell casino is only a few minutes away.The town of Scottsdale is a 15 minute drive and Phoenix is 25 minutes away and has everything a big city ( 5th largest in the USA )could possibly have for your enjoyment including all four major sports teams. Many major league baseball teams hold their spring training here.There are several big lakes for boating,skiing and exploring with rental boats available. We are surrounded by cliff dwellings and ghost towns for you to see during your stay. During the winter, Flagstaff and other towns offer snow skiing and snow boarding only 2 hours north. Actual sand dunes are about 2 hours south. Mexico is 3 hours and California is about 6 hours from here. Las Vegas is a 5 hour drive. How central you are from here! Sky Harbor International airport is 30 minutes away. While staying here you should want for nothing.Come, stay with us. You won't want to leave--You will want to come back. Think you can throw a frisbee? Tryout our highly rated frisbee golf course at The Fountain Park. There is also sky diving nearby. Fishing and boating at several lakes.Nice nightlife!!! Tennis courts and sand volleyball right here. Beautifil ballparks with plenty of baseball being played in Fountain Hills.Soccer fields and wonderful doggie park.Many nice bars & lounges some with live entertainment.Basketball courts etc etc etc Come!Walk in our sunshine!!!!

"Oakwod"Rates are as follows: For the 2008-2009 season: September through May $2300.00 per month + a$500.00 refundable security deposit + a non-refundable $75.00 cleaning / laundry fee. $750.00 per week if less than a one month stay + the same security deposit & cleaning / laundry fee. Payment must be made in full at least one month prior to arrival.A 50% deposit is required to reserve with balance due at least 30 days prior to arrival. June through August rental rate: $1500.00 per month + same security dep and cleaning fee.$500.00 per week if less than one month rental with same sec dep and cleaning fee. A full refund is made if cancellation is made 45 days in advance of arrival date. There will be no refunds with less than 30 days notice. We cannot take credit cards.Out of the USA,payment is easiest made by International Swift Code (wire transfer)from your banking institution.Paypal,personal checks,bank checks & money orders accepted.
