Enjoy retirement living in this comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath house. It has an office set up with built in desk and computer area, large window looks out at the golf course. Fully equipped kitchen, just bring your food. 2 dining areas. Front covered patio and large back patio, outdoor furniture provided.
Enjoy benefits of the senior community. The nearby clubhouse is complete with 2 swimming pools, 2 Jacuzzi, exercise room, fitness equipment, library and game rooms. There are all sorts of activities and dinners you can enjoy. Just a short walk down the street is the pro shop, where there is a 9 hole golf course great for recreational play. The Adjoining recreational vehicle parks and condo communities. Also have activities that you can participate in. The small quiet town of Florence is 2 miles away but if you want to visit the larger towns, the freeways are close by. It's an hour drive to either Phoenix or Tucson .
