Vacation Rental Description
Situated 20 minutes south of Flagstaff and just 1 hour 30 minutes from Phoenix, this is an ideal base from which to enjoy the many visitor attractions of Northern Arizona including the Meteor Crater, Grand Canyon National Park South Rim, Sedona and Oak Creek Canyon. Snow skiing at Arizona Snow Bowl is about 1 hour away on San Francisco Peak (highest point in Arizona). Munds Park has a Golf Course and Public play is allowed. There are ample hiking trails, fishing lakes, horseback riding, a deer farm and many other attractions nearby. The front portch and large deck are ideal to enjoy the fresh cool air of the Pine Forest and relax between excursions or to entertain friends and family. A few steps away is National Forest land for hiking, dog walking, bird watching, etc. 
 
The vacation home has central heat and AC, a large screen TV, modern appliances, comfortable furnature, BBQ grill, and a Children's Play Tower with swings, slide, monkey bars and shade canopy. The Master Bedroom has a four poster Queen bedroom set with entertainment center. The 2nd bedroom has twin trundle beds that comfortably sleep two adults and the third bedroom has sturdy wooden bunk beds for young adults or kids. Air pump and 2 double bed air mattresses are available for additional guests. There is ample off street parking in front of the home for up to 4 cars.

    • The large deck in front is superb for gatherings. It has patio tables and chairs, shade umbrellas, a latching gate to keep small children and pets from the stairs, bird feeder, and propane grill for outdoor cooking. It is excellent for parties, family gatherings, or just relaxing in the sun or viewing the abundant stars on a clear night.

    • There is a Nordic Center just northeast of Flagstaff and there is Cross Country snow skiing at the Mormon Lake Lodge. There are local restaurants but a better selection of dining in Flagstaff. Just a couple of miles north near the Willard Springs Transfer Station, there is excellent sledding country for children and adults. Just south about 30 minutes is the Cliff Castle Indian Casino for gaming, dining and entertainment.

    Security Deposit $250 refundable plus cleaning fee $100 must be paid in full to reserve dates. All rental charge must be paid in full 30 days in advance of check in to hold dates. If a cancellation is made after deposits and rent are paid, 90% will be refunded provided that the dates are rented at the same or higher rates. Method of payment is Money Order, Western Union Wire, or other agreed method of certified funds in US Dollars. Call for rates less than 6 nights or more than 27 nights.
