We offer you 14 relaxing, private 1 and 2-bedroom rental cabins in the heart of Mogollon Rim Country in northern Arizona, perched atop Strawberry Hill at a cool 6000’ elevation. The majestic Mogollon Rim rises tall above the resort and stretches out over 200 miles across the rugged Arizona countryside. We are Phoenix and Tucson’s closest all cabin resort in the tall Ponderosa pines of Northern Arizona. Located 17 miles north of Payson, we are only about a one-hour drive from Fountain Hills in the northeast valley or about a 90 minute drive from the northwest valley through Camp Verde. Our convenient yet gorgeous location and roomy, comfortable cabins provide the ideal setting for your vacation, family reunion, weddings, anniversary, honeymoon, romantic getaway, corporate retreat, church group, youth group or just a fantastic weekend of mountain lodging and relaxation. Nice, CLEAN rental cabins are very difficult to find, but we are the mountain cabin hideaway you have been searching for! Spring brings beautiful blossoms and flowers as the mountain awakes. Summer monsoons provide cool temperatures and lush vegetation for those exploring while on vacation, or just lodging around the resort- a great time for a family reunion or to take the pet hiking. Autumn ushers in the many brilliant colors of the northern red oaks, rocky mountain aspens, cottonwoods, poplar, willow and wild strawberry- a very popular time for weddings. In winter, you can enjoy our snow covered white mountain or drive 7.3 miles to the famous Cinch-Hook Snow Park, managed by the Coconino National Forest, for some of the best sledding hills in AZ .

On site, waiting for you is our children’s playground which includes 2 swing-sets, a slide, and a playhouse. There is basketball, volleyball, badminton, ping-pong, and 2 tetherball sets. In addition, there is a campfire pit, and several relaxing hammocks in the trees. Furthermore, since we border the National forest, you can bike, hike or ride your horse directly off of our property for hundreds of miles.

Offsite: Swim or fish in the East Verde River or Fossil Creek’s numerous fishing and swimming holes. We are about 40 minutes to an hour from Mormon Lake, Lake Mary, Blue Ridge Reservoir and other wilderness lakes. Play in snow here (6,100 feet elevation) or above us on the Rim (7.3 miles @ 7,800 feet at the famous Cinch Hook Snow Park operated on weekends by the Coconino National Forest Service). Visit the "Oldest Standing Schoolhouse In Arizona", scenic Tonto Natural Bridge, antique shops, or the Pioneer’s museum.

				High Season Price:	$200 per Day

RESERVATIONS: Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover are accepted. CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations that are cancelled prior to cancellation period will receive a full-refund less a $25 fee. If cancellation occurs within this period, a $25 fee will be applicable and reservation deposit reimbursement will be subject to re-rental. If reservation is canceled within the non-cancelable period the total is due and subject to re-rental. If we are able to resell the cabin we will refund the balance less a $25 fee. No refund for early checkout. Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of reservation. 1 cabin reserved = 14 DAY cancellation period. 1 cabin reserved for 7 days or more = 30 DAY cancellation period. 2 - 14 cabins reserved (including groups that have reserved cabins individually) = NON CANCELLABLE HOLIDAYS = 30 DAY cancellation period for one cabin booked. Travel-agency-reserved reservations can't be cancelled.
