From within this Sedona aerie, you will feel an instant connection between the indoors and out, for this was the very focus the renowned Italian architect was looking for when designing Spiritual Sedona. Designed with a very loft-like feel, the home features twenty-foot high barrel vaulted ceilings in natural wood, framing expansive picture windows on the main ground floor. The vault creates not only amazing views, but incredible acoustics as well. With “La Boheme” soaring throughout the entire home via linked speakers, you will be inspired to do that very thing you’ve been putting off for so long! Or maybe just sit on the upper deck and take in the view to the West which spotlights Mingus Mountain with tiny ghost town Jerome clinging to its’ flanks, and the Verde Valley down below. Most weekend mornings you will see dozens of colorful hot-air balloons lifting off to soar over the red rocks. The views to the North are of the otherworldly rock formations that have made Sedona one of the most photographed areas in the world. The dark red hues mixed with the lighter pink strata at the higher elevations are in a constant state of change. Throughout the day, as the sun marches across the sky, and the occasional cloud interrupts, the surfaces will take on different looks, revealing new-found formations and textures. 
 
Indeed Spiritual Sedona is revered for an energy that exists in only a few locations across the planet. The vortexes of the area are noted for their healing and restorative capacities, further connecting the old soul to Mother Earth. The areas are surrounded by a high plateau that reaches nearly 7,000 feet where the soaring Ponderosa pines will take heavy winter snows and the cool waters of Oak Creek originate. 
 
The home itself features European styling and amenities throughout. A delightfully compact yet full-featured kitchen with Miele appliances and a Sub-Zero refrigerator are the benefactor to the cooling breezes that waft constantly throughout the home. A guest bedroom with adjacent full bath and queen bed looks out onto the rose garden. The spacious master suite features windows surrounding the eastern and southern views, with a verdant landscape creating total privacy. The Jacuzzi tub, soaring vaulted shower, and vanity are all swathed in beautiful Italian glass tile. All bathrooms feature Toto lavatories, Porcher sinks, Grohe Axor faucets, and Italian lighting. The beautiful wood floors throughout are further framed with a spectacular palette of colors, and also feature Venitian Plaster in many rooms. A big screen TV connected to satellite is in the main living space along with a set-up in the master, in addition to audio stacks both upstairs and down. The home is also equipped with a wireless Internet connect and a fax machine as well. 
 
The downstairs is a separate world unto itself. The main space has the versatility to host a pair of full beds, or remove the beds and create an indoor yoga space. The area features a full kitchen and bath, creating a separate and private apartment space, if the need arises. Walk through the large sliding doors and you are poolside. A lovely patio space and deck surrounds the pool, and also takes in the Jacuzzi. The backyard is dominated by a lovely Weeping Willow, and just beyond the walls are towering Cottonwoods. Yet another amazing feature of the outdoors is the wall of bamboo surrounding much of the property, creating a very private and impenetrable barrier.
