Enjoy great shopping, a refreshing swim at famous Slide Rock State Park, ballooning, horseback riding, Pink Jeep offroad tours, skiing and snowboarding at the Arizona Bowl. Owners prefer montly rentals. A non-refundable, one-third of total payment is due with signing of contract for two weeks or more, with balance due one week before stay begins, or as negotiated with owners in cases of multiple-months stay. One-week stays must pay non-refundable one-half of current one-week rate with signing of contract, with rest of payment due one week before stay begins. Checks only. Guests must also fill out an information form required by the condo asssociation.
