Vacation Rental Description
Welcome to The Highliner House - Lodging & Outdoor Adventures. Exclusive accommodations overlooking beautiful Kachemak Bay and the Kenai Mountains await you. Situated at the top of West Hill Road in Homer, visitors enjoy the scenic beauty from all five custom cabins and suites.
Try your luck fishing for salmon and halibut or take an off road backcountry tour to satisfy your adventurous side. Just a short 5 minute walk away are the Baycrest Cross Country Ski Trails which can be used by hikers in the summer months as well.
Your hosts, Dave and Marcia Boone, are long time Alaskans and have lived in Homer for over 30 years. As a commercial fishing family which includes our two grown sons, Corey and Brady, the term "highliner" has always been something we strived for while fishing in Bristol Bay, Alaska. Our goal is to bring that same dedication to The Highliner House to make your stay in Alaska as enjoyable and memorable as it can be.
