The Enclave 401 has spectacular, panoramic and unobstructed views from this post free, wrap around balcony. The Enclave constructed in 1998 features 9 foot ceilings, crown molding, kitchen cabinets are glazed Cherry wood, travertine tile, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances. Perfect fourth floor end unit, beautifully decorated in bright beach colors. Over 1800 Square feet including deck. Luxury Three Bedroom/Three Bath Unit, Sleeps ten, King, two queens, Two full Beds, Queen-Size Sofa Sleeper,

Do all the units have free wireless Internet????? 
No, 401 has free WIFI because I pay for it, so free to you  
 
Did Hurricane Ike in 2008 do any damage to The Enclave??? 
No, the damage was to the west of the area. 
 
How is the beach??? 
The beach was widened in Feb 2005, and again in Dec of 2005. The beach is wider then you have ever seen it, back to the size it was in 1950. 
 
Have all the kitchens in The Enclave been upgraded to wood cabinets, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances??? 
No, I took advantage of down time and replaced the white composite cabinets with cherry wood, the white counter tops with African granite, and the white appliances with stainless steel; including oversize double door refrigerator. 
 
Do all the units in The Enclave have reserved undercover private parking space??? 
No, the reserved parking spaces have to be purchased by the individual unit owner. I purchased two for 401, at a cost of $22,000.00 dollars each. This is a huge perk when raining or in season.  
 
How many vehicles can we bring??? 
You will receive 2 privite parking passes. Extra cars can be parked across the street in unguarded public parking, no pass required, no motor homes, trailers, boats or RVs. 
 
Is there Wireless Internet 
yes, bring your laptop with wireless card and access free wireless Internet. Most units have pay for WiFi from $7.97 a day to $49.95 per week. I own the modem and wirless router and pay for the service so it is no charge to you.  
 
The Gulf Front master Suite has a king-size bed, The adjoining master bath features a Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, double vanity, and walk-in closet. The second suite has two queen beds, TV/DVD and full-size adjoining bath with a tub and shower. The third suite has two full beds, and adjoining bath with shower,TV/DVD The living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa, 50 inch TV/DVD The complete kitchen features all major and small appliances, silverware, and dishes, Wet bar, full-size washer & dryer in unit, iron & board, and vacuum. The indoor heated pool area has huge sliding glass doors leading to the spectacular, beach side outdoor pool and tanning deck, The tennis court is private and usually lonesome for some dancing feet, An extra bonus is secure, under cover, reserved parking for two vehicles. 
 
 
Now really, you've found it, RENT IT!!!!!!!!. If you don't somebody else will. Remember as your looking for the cheapest rate "the bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low prices are forgotten"
