Vacation Rental Description
We have just completed a $27,000 remodeling job on our condo! It now has all brand-new tile floors, granite counters, all new stainless-steel appliances, all new bathroom vanities & fixtures, new furniture, and brightly painted walls with a happy decor that completes our fun beach look! 
 
We have set up our condo for families. The first two bedrooms have king-size beds in them with a twin mattress under each one that can be pulled out and used. The third bedroom has a twin over a full bunkbed, with another twin mattress stored below the bed that can be used, and a PlayStation to entertain the kids! There is a DVD player and t.v. in each of the bedrooms and the living room. 
 
The view from our condo just can't be beat. The master bedroom (and even the bathroom) has a panoramic view of the gulf. The second master bedroom also looks directly out at the beach and gulf! We have a deep balcony looking out over the indoor-outdoor heated swimming pool and gulf. It has a comfortable table and chairs, and is a great place to watch the dolphins play as the sun sets each evening! 
 
So, ya'll come on down and relax in our beautiful home-away-from-home! We know you'll love it as much as we do!

    A $500 deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance will be due 3 weeks prior to your arrival if you live in the U.S., or 4 weeks prior to your arrival if you live outside of the U.S. At this time, we are only able to accept payment in the form of a check or money order.
