Plenty of room for everyone. 4,000 square foot home. Three levels, each with private entrances. Two large wrap around decks. Huge Boat house with two boat slips and three piers, 100+ feet on the water. 
 
The main floor has open kitchen, dining room and living room combination, all overlooking the Tennessee River. Wrap around deck with beautiful stone work. Master Suite has a king and queen size bed, and two bathrooms! 
 
Top floor (not pictured) has three queen sized beds, and three closets. It also has a large bathroom with a steam shower.  
 
Downstairs is an apartment with two bedrooms and a bathroom, as well as a kitchenette. The larger bedroom has a queen sized bed, the small has a bunk bed, with double mattress on the bottom, and single on the top. Double doors open onto the Tennessee River, beautiful patio and large windows.

    • Deck/Patio: 3 Decks on Boathouse, wrap around deck on main floor of house. Wrap around paved deck on lower level of the house. The top floor has 3 queen sized beds in one large room, and a bathroom with a steam shower. The main floor has a master bedroom with a king and a queen, two bathrooms, one with a tub, the other with a walk in shower. The bottom floor is like a little apartment. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed, and one bedroom with a bunk bed, double on the bottom, single on top on this level. There is a sofa bed in the main living room, and one downstairs in the apartment.

    		  Low Season Price: $225 per Day
      High Season Price: $275 per Day
         

    A damage/reservation deposit of $200 is required. This must be received within seven (7) days of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, assuming no damage. An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required 60 days before arrival. A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
